My name is Karl Nowosel and I have been doing window blind repairs since 1997 here in the greater Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas in New Mexico. I did warranty repairs for Hunter Douglas for 12 years, which ended when Hunter Douglas no longer provided on-site service and switched to Authorized Service Centers in major cities around the country in February 2009. I mostly provide on-site service and can repair a variety of major manufacturers’ blinds and carry my parts with me. I do not have a storefront, therefore I do not sell parts alone. I have arrangements with two other businesses in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho to allow customers to drop off their blinds for repairs, which I pick up and repair and return back to the same drop-off location within five to seven business days for those customers who do not want on-site service. |
